WALKING: THE NATURAL CHARGER OF THE HUMAN BODY. WHOEVER STOPS WALKING, HEALTH ABANDONS HIM/HER!
BECAUSE THE SKIN SECRETES LEPTONIC ACID* ( _HORMONE OF LAZINESS.)_

《 WHY SHOULD WE WALK? 》

I wish everyone would read the answer.

● We walk to combat stress, psychological pressures…

● We walk to reduce our weight;

● We walk to cure diabetes, cholesterol based ailments…

● We walk to activate the functions of the kidneys, liver, eyes…

● We walk to boost the action of the heart and reduce the hardness of the arteries;

● We walk to avoid colon inflammation and digestive disorders;

● We walk to activate our immune system;

● We walk to activate our muscles, bones and strengthen our health;

● Each of the above is worthy of walking sessions. Doctors and experts are unanimous that walking is a medicine that cures all these diseases.

● Doctors still confirm that: walking plays a very important role in curing all diseases: organic, mental, psychosomatic… and if a medicine as effective as walking existed in the market, doctors would prescribe it in all prescriptions.

● Walking is an effective and free remedy, but, alas, patients are still reluctant to use it.

● An eminent physician uttered this beautiful statement:
《 If a sports field were set up around every hospital and the patients practiced walking there, half of the patients would not be committed there; and half of the patients would leave them permanently. 》

● God created us to walk. But we are nailed to chairs. And when diseases invade us they spread us out on white sheets instead of pushing us to walk.

● Let’s move so that our health and well-being remain.

Please pass this information on to the ones you love!
