The President and Founder of Enemona Josh Humanitarian Foundation, Ambassador David Onoja, was said to have been kidnapped by unidentified gunmen in his house at Wada road, Lokoja on Thursday.

A family source said Onoja, known for phillantropic activities, was picked from his house around 10:30 a.m on by six gunmen, armed with AK-47 and bullet proof vest.

The source added that the gunmen came to the resident of the philanthropist in a Sienna bus with maroun colour and manhandled him before they whisked him away to unknown destination.

All efforts to get the reaction of the Police Command in the state to the issue proved abortive.
