Words on marble by Liman Usman

House, welcome to the month of August. May it be a source of joy to everyone.

When I was a presenter of a night programme on radio, One night I was totally down in a depressing mood. I wanted a way out; so I went on air and said I was willing to talk people out of depression. I told the listener that whoever had reason to be sad or depressed should call. Soon the studio phone lines were busy with people calling. When I listen to others talk about there problems, I soon forgot my mood and became ecstatic. A lady called and said:
“Liman, do you ever get sad or angry at all?” This morning as I remember that, I feel I should share.

You can talk yourself out of any unwanted mood just by positive distracting action. Amuse yourself with some funny thoughts or jokes. If your partner is by your side, tell him or her to tickle you; it is all part of it! Just find a way to get out of that gloomy looks. You do not belong there! You look finer with a smile than that ugly frown.

Cheer up! Cheer up! It is the 1st day of a new month and it is a glorious day.
Good morning all.
