Really, health is wealth! It is really important you to take care of yours. No matter what, your health should be your first priority. Therefore, *how much importance do you attach to your health?*

Let us face the truth. The moment it comes to taking care of our health, we procrastinate. How many times do you look into the mirror to actually see yourself? Do you know that those tired, sunken eyes might not be due to lack of sleep or overworking? It could be prolonged dehydration.

Those unexpected bolts of pain in your leg and back? It could be as a result of calcium deficiency. That giddy feeling and persistent headache could be low levels of hemoglobin. To put it in simple words, even if one may look healthy from outside, it should be first starts from inside.

What you should always keep in mind is that, sound health starts from within. Ignoring a problem will only aggravate it and lead to further complications. So, whenever you feel changes within you, it is always advisable to quickly seek for help to restore your health without delay. Remember – prevention is better than cure!

The steps you take to maintain your good health definitely act as an effective mechanism against most illnesses and contribute to a long healthy life. Therefore, the best thing you can do for yourself is to take care of your body and health.

No matter how busy you are, make sure you find sometime to take care of your health. Eat a variety of healthy foods, replace saturated with unsaturated fat, enjoy plenty of fruits and vegetables, reduce salt and sugar intake, eat regularly and control the portion size, drink plenty of fluids and maintain a healthy body weight.

Again, how much importance do you attach to your health? Regular check-ups and slight tweaks in your diet pattern and lifestyle as mentioned above can greatly help you stay healthy more than you can ever think.
