Prince Akpata Felicitates Olumode on His Appointment as Fire Service Controller General

A community leader in Magongo, kogi state,Prince Akpata Remilekun Godwin, has extended heartfelt congratulations to Mr. Samuel Adeyemi Olumode on his recent appointment as the Controller General of the Federal Fire Service.

In a message of felicitation made available to The Reporters in Lokoja on Thursday,Prince Akpata described Mr. Olumode’s appointment by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as well-deserved and a reward for decades of selfless and patriotic service.

ā€œI am not shocked but flabbergasted with joy when the news of your appointment echoed across the country.ā€œYour recognition as the new Controller General is a reflection of your compassionate nature, humility, and dedication to national service,ā€he said.

Prince Akpata hailed Mr. Olumode as a man of honor and integrity whose professional track record had evidently paved the way to the zenith of his career.

ā€œYou are a selfless leader who has shown unwavering commitment to duty. Indeed, your meritorious service has earned you this national recognition,ā€ he added.

He prayed for divine protection and greater wisdom for the new Controller General, wishing him success in his new role as he leads the Fire Service into a new era of excellence.

Our correspondent reports that Mr. Olumode’s appointment has continued to receive accolades , especially in his state, Kogi and other places in the country, particularly by those who have worked closely with him and witnessed his leadership in the fire safety and emergency response sector.

According to Prince Akpata, the new controller general and himself were class mates and intimate friends in the course of their higher education pursuit many years ago.
