Late Odeyani Anebira of Lokoja, Alhaji Audu Abdullahi Otonoku (1899-2024).

Hundreds of Ebira citizens and Islamic scholars in Lokoja, Kogi state and beyond the shores of the state on Sunday converged at Angwa Hamza to observe 8-day prayer for the late Odeyani Anebira of Lokoja, Alhaji Audu Abdullahi Otonoku who died at the age of 125.

Among prominent citizens of Ebiraland at the occasion include the state chairman of Jamatul Nasir Islam (JNI),Amb. Usman Bello, Sheik Abdulfatai,Bello among others.

Highlights at the occasion were recitation of the Holy Quran, special prayer for the late traditional ruler for Almighty Allah to grant deceased aljanah firdaus,his family as well as encomium showered on the him for a life well spent and a fulfilled reign that spanned 14 years.
