IBEDC Engages Customers in Ibadan, Ogun for Enhanced Service Delivery.

The Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company (IBEDC) has conducted visits to some of its Maximum Demand (MD) customers in Ibadan and Ogun States to improve service delivery.

In a statement released on Tuesday in Ota, Ogun, Mr. Francis Agoha, the acting Managing Director of IBEDC, said that this initiative was part of the company’s ongoing efforts to boost customer satisfaction, build strong relationships, and gather valuable feedback from key clients.

Agoha noted that during these visits, the IBEDC team stressed the importance of customer satisfaction and detailed various measures taken by the company to enhance service. He also mentioned the company’s focus on exploring bilateral partnerships and other avenues for improvement.

He assured customers of more rapid fault resolution and prompt responses, emphasizing the company’s commitment to maintaining trust and satisfaction.

“Our customer engagements are vital for understanding their needs and meeting their expectations,” Agoha said. “IBEDC aims to develop a power distribution network that is efficient, reliable, and centered on customer needs.”

Agoha reiterated IBEDC’s dedication to delivering excellent electricity distribution services and its ongoing pursuit of innovative solutions and partnerships to benefit both customers and the broader community.
