The joy of members of ABU Alumni Association, Kogi state branch, knew no bound as they jubilated and felicitated with him on the side line of their monthly meeting in Lokoja.
Our correspondent reports that members went joyous immediately the Publicity Secretary/Social Welfare of the association, Alhaji Dawud Ahmed mentioned to them the cheering news towards the end of the meeting.
A member, Mr.Adoga,stood up and prayed warmly for peaceful,rewarding and fulfilled tenure for the new permanent secretary while other members engaged the chairman in warm embrace hand shake with him returning the happy response with the same tempo.
According to the Dr.Danjuma Mahmud,Engr. Sagir has visited the Ministry, adding that he was well received by the staff of the Ministry,led by the Director, Administration,political allies and other well wishers.
Engr.Sagir is the immediate past General Manager, Kogi State Water Board.
