Kogi speaks 2023: Cardinal John Onaiyekan preaches for peace.

Cardinal John Onaiyekan reading in Lokoja in his address at the Peace Accord signed by the 18 candidates of political parties warming for contest for governorship office in kogi state on November 11,2023.
He called on the political leaders and their followers to give a peace during and the election.
The election will take place in 21 local government areas,239 polling booths,and 6,508 units of the state,with 40,000 security personnel to ensure peace.
