With barely a week to The presidential election, the leader of the A. K. Asiwaju Ahmed Tinubu,
Presidential candidate of APC.

Alhaji Odega gave the advice at the weekly meeting of Odega/Faleke Political Network while reviewing the successful outcome of the APC Presidential Campaign rally that took place in Lokoja on 8th February, 2023.

He noted that the massive turn out of party faithful at the recent APC rally in Lokoja and else where in the country lent credence to the acceptance of Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the most preferred candidate in Kogi State.

While urging the members of the group not to relax until victory is achieved, he called to consolidate on their contact and mobilization efforts in order to win more voters to the APC.

The leader of the group stated that old and new volunteers should be mobilized to work for the success of the party by reaching out to them at the local government, ward, polling units, house to house and person to person contacts.

He said such efforts should aim at raising the party’s standing by additional 30% in order to achieve almost 100% success at the poll.

Speaking further, Alhaji Odega enjoined the members to strategize and ensure that where the party still have political opponents within Kogi Central that constitute electoral risk, the opponent’s tactics, devises and strategies should be neutralized.

This Odega said was necessary with a view to ensuring that the APC Presidential candidate, Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu have absolute competitive edge over the other candidates, adding that the party candidate’s had imposing antecedents which revealed his capacity and capability to deliver on education, health, security,

Other areas, he added, include; infrastructural development, women and youths development etc., the voters should be made to see how he is set to productively increase Nigeria’s economic potentials and create necessary enabling environment for rapid transformation of the country to unprecedented prosperity.

Alhaji Odega l,therefore mandated members to ensure that all negative campaign and blackmail are neutralized and evolve campaign methods that would make the voters in Kogi Central know the truth and vote massively for the APC Presidential candidate, Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu who is set to change the narratives and restore “renewed hope” for a better and prosperous Nigeria.
This is contained in a statement signed by Alhaji Mohammed Aliyu,
Member, Contact and Mobilization Directorate, APC Presidential Campaign Council and made a copy available to The Reporters in Lokoja on Tuesday.
