Hanifa’s Killers to die by hanging

The proprietor,Nobel Kids Academy and North West Preparatory School,Kano, Abdulmalik Tanko,has been sentenced to death by hanging by a Kano State High Court for killing a 5-year-old schoolgirl,Hanifa Abubakar.

The court also sentenced Hashim Isyaku,Tanko’s accomplice in the henious crime to death also by hanging plus 4 years imprisonment, for conspiracy and concealment.

The presiding judge of the court,Justice Usman Na’abba pronounced the sentences on the culprit while delivering in the case on Thursday.

The Reporters recalls that the culprits were arraigned before the court by the Kano government on 5 count-charge bordering on conspiracy, kidnapping, confinement and culpable homicide punishable under sections 97, 247, and 277 of the penal code.
