Senegal Tackles Egypt In 2021 AFCON Final in Cameroon.

The Terenga Lions of Senegal will battle Pharaohs of Egypt in the final of the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations, AFCON in Cameroon.

Egypt booked their place into the final after defeating host, Cameroon by 3-1 on penalties on Thursday.

Cameroon and Egypt semi-final match on Thursday were settled via penalty shootout after regulation and extra time ended scoreless.

In the ensuing penalty kick, Cameroon lost 3 of their four spotkicks while Egypt scored all of their 3 kicks.

Egypt will meet Senegal in the final on Sunday with kick-off at 8pm at the 60, 000 capacity Olembe Stadium.

Meanwhile, Cameroon will battle Burkina Faso in the third place match on Saturday.
