Police identify alleged killer of Vanguard Correspondent

The Nigeria Police Force says it has identified the alleged killer of the Vanguard Correspondent, Tordue Henry Salem,who got missing on October 13 in Abuja.

According to the Force Public Relations Officer, CP Frank Mba,the suspect is a 29-year-old man from Akwa Ibom state,known as Itoro Clement, who he described as hit-and-run driver.

Mba revealed this while parading the suspect at the Police Intelligence Response Team (IRT) premises, Guzape, Abuja on Friday.

The Force image maker further alleged that Clement,who drove a Camry Toyota (2014), with registration number Abuja BWR 243 BK, hit Salem and fled without reporting the case to Police.adding that the remains of the deceased were discovered at the Wuse General Hospital.
