A political group under the banner of the All Registered APC North-South Progressives (ARANS-P) has pledged its full support for the re-election bid of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the 2027 general elections.

Speaking during a media briefing, in Abuja on Tuesday, the Patron and North-West Coordinator of ARANS-P, Ibrahim Gwarzo, said the group is targeting the mobilisation of three million votes in support of the President.

He highlighted the administration’s achievements in governance and economic reforms as the impetus for their drive.

“Our goal is to mobilise three million votes for Mr. President in the 2027 presidential election,” Gwarzo said.
“All necessary structures are already in place. We will have a presence in all 119,974 polling units across the country. This is a grassroots initiative, with operational structures established at the state, local government, and ward levels. Our mobilisation campaign is set to kick off in all 36 states.”

Also speaking, the National Chairman of ARANS-P, Chief Chibunna Ubawuike, urged Nigerians, and particularly party members, to rally behind President Tinubu for continuity in leadership.

He emphasised that the consolidation of the “Renewed Hope Agenda” was essential for Nigeria’s sustained progress, development, and prosperity.

Ubawuike highlighted the administration’s achievements in housing, health, education, agriculture, infrastructure, the economy, social investment, civil service reforms, foreign policy, and diplomacy.

“Nigeria’s progress today is not accidental—it is the outcome of deliberate policies, bold decisions, and visionary leadership,” he stated.

“The APC-led government is laying the foundation for a prosperous, secure, and equitable nation. As we move toward 2027, let us unite behind the Renewed Hope Agenda, for the journey of transformation has only just begun.”

Mrs. Susan Lokpobiri, National Woman Leader of ARANS-P and wife of the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources (Oil), added that the group was established to enlighten Nigerians about the administration’s accomplishments.
