The Rector of Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja, Prof. Salisu Ogbo Usman, has expressed profound appreciation to his friends, colleagues, superiors, loved ones, and well-wishers for the overwhelming show of love, goodwill, and kindness extended to him on the occasion of his 53rd birthday.

In a message of gratitude titled “Profound Appreciation,” Prof. Usman described the numerous calls, text messages, prayers, thoughtful gifts, and pleasant surprises he received as deeply touching and truly humbling, saying that the gestures made his birthday remarkably memorable and filled his heart with immense joy and gratitude.

According to him, the expressions of affection and goodwill from all quarters reaffirmed the value of genuine relationships built on mutual respect and understanding.

He noted that the warmth and sincerity reflected in the messages and gestures spoke volumes about the quality of relationships he has enjoyed over the years.

“I am sincerely appreciative of the time and effort you all invested to make my day special,” he stated, adding that the goodwill he received has further strengthened his resolve to continue giving his best in all that he does, both personally and professionally.

Prof. Usman described the show of love as not just a celebration of his life but a reflection of shared friendship and professional camaraderie, which, according to him, will remain a source of inspiration.

He prayed that those who celebrated him would also experience joy, success, and fulfillment in their endeavors.

“The love and kindness you extended to me will forever be remembered and cherished,” he concluded.
