ABU Alumni Association Honours Royal Father, Receives Assurances of Continued Support

The Ohimege-Igu of Kotonkatfe,Dr. Saidu Akawu Saliu, flanked by the visiting delegation to his palace on ‘Thank You Visit.”

The Alumni Association has expressed deep appreciation to the Ohimege-Igu of Kotonkatfe,His Royal Highness,Dr Saidu Akawu Saliu for honouring their invitation and gracing their event as a special guest.

Presenting a letter of appreciation to the first class traditional ruler at his palace in Kotonkatfe during a thank you visit on Saturday, the chairman of the association in the state,Engr.Mohamned Sagir,commended the Ohimege-Igu for his love, support, and active participation in the activities of the association.

Engr Sagir noted that the gesture demonstrated by the royal father was a way of showing gratitude, stressing that the alumni valued his presence and contributions and did not take them for granted.

In his response, the royal father lauded the association’s leadership for keeping the body vibrant and for conferring on him an award of excellence, which he described as a great honour.

He assured the alumni of his unwavering support at all times, pledging to continue to stand by the association in its developmental strides.
