The Kogi State Government has congratulated Mr. Samuel Adeyemi Olumode on his appointment as the new Controller General of the Federal Fire Service by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
In a statement signed by the State Commissioner for Information and Communications, Kingsley Femi Fanwo, the government described Olumode’s appointment as a well-deserved recognition of his dedication, hard work, and professionalism in public service.
The government noted that the appointment is not only a personal achievement for Mr. Olumode but also a source of pride for the entire people of Kogi State, adding that it reflects President Tinubu’s continued confidence in the capacity of Kogi indigenes to contribute meaningfully to national development.
Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo expressed confidence that Mr. Olumode will bring meaningful reforms to the Federal Fire Service, leveraging his wealth of experience to improve service delivery and emergency response systems across the country.
