Akwe emphasized that Nasarawa remains committed to peace and security within its borders, adding that the state continues to collaborate with neighboring states, including Benue, to address shared security challenges.

He urged political leaders and stakeholders to avoid inflammatory statements that could incite tensions and instead work toward fostering unity, peace, and cooperation among communities in the region.

“Nasarawa State has always prioritized peaceful coexistence among its diverse population. We believe that the path to progress lies in dialogue, understanding, and collaboration, not in finger-pointing and unsubstantiated accusations,” he added.
