The Executive Chairman, Kogi State Internal Revenue Service,KGIRS, Alhaji Sule Salihu Enehe, has extended greetings to the management and entire Staff of the Service on Eid-el-fitr celebration, marking the end of the Holy month of Ramadan for 2025.
This is contained in a goodwill message of the executive chairman of the revenue house in Lokoja signed by Muhammad Mukhtar Idris, the Head, Corporate Affairs of the Service on Friday and a copy available to The Reporters on Sunday.
Mukhtar was represented in the statement by Atojoko Mohammed.
The Executive Chairman wished all members of Staff peace, happiness and good health, on this year’s Eid-el-fitr celebration.
Enehe , who expressed hope that the importance of Eid-el-fitr will help to promote mutual harmony, tolerance, brotherhood, and love among the Staff alongside the taxpayers, urged” everyone to use this period to pray for the progress of our dear State.”
The KGIRS boss stressed the need for Muslim faithful to always translate into reality, the lesson learned during Ramadan and make it a duty to make sacrifices for one another, reminding them that “selfishness, greed, and misconduct have no place in any religion.”
Enehe prayed for sustenance of health and also for the gift of abundant life for all the staff and their families.
