Enthusiastic and spirited crowd awaiting arrival of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo on Tuesday at the Government House, Lokoja,after the Supreme Court judgement.
On Wednesday,politicians, top government officials, market women, businesspeople, and other segments of the population in Kogi State gathered at the Government House, Lokoja ,eagerly awaiting the arrival of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo.
This celebration was in honor of the Supreme Court’s verdict, which confirmed his election as governor of the state on August 23, 2024.
Our correspondent at the Government House in Lokoja reports that by 8 a.m., the area was already filled with music and a joyous atmosphere.

The triumphant entry of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, as he cruised into the Government House, Lokoja at about 2.30p.m with his long entourage amidst elated crowd.
He was spotted standing on top of his vehicle dancing in response to music, gesticulating and waving to cheering crowd, beaming characteristic infectious smile to them.
