NGDL Awarded ‘2024 Africa Most Valuable Brand’ in Real Estate Sector

A Nigerian real estate firm, Nehemiah Grace Developers Limited (NGDL), has been awarded the ‘2024 Africa Most Valuable Brand’ in the real estate sector of the economy.

The group – Africa Fast Growth Brands Award (AFGB) 2024, gave the award on Tuesday in Lagos at an elaborate ceremony where NDGL’s choice as the award winner followed the research report of AFGD’s Technical Committee, which highly rated NGDL for its topline organic growth for both emerging and established brands in the real estate sector.

At the award ceremony, Dr Dada Ajai-Ikhile, the Chairman of the AFGD ’24 Organizing Committee, remarked that all awards given out in different categories for 2024 derived from painstaking research conducted over time with enormous integrity and objectivity. He stressed the need for youths of our time to be more gainfully engage in brand growth across board.

Brig. Gen. Emico Eruwa, the Group Managing Director of NGDL who received the award to his company on behalf of its Executive Vice Chairman, Princess (Dr) Mrs Rosemary U. Osula Mku-Atu, described the award to his company as well-deserving, adding that it will strive to maintain its excellence in all its operations.

He further assured that the NGDL will maintain its leading role in the nation’s real estate development sector, especially as relates to modern markets and stores construction which are its mainstay. According to him, work is fully ongoing in over 13 sites across the federation.

In her keynote address, Dr Stephanie Obiano, the Managing Director of Furalle Ltd., stressed the need for contemporary business operators and entrepreneurs to increasingly embrace IT, especially the internet and the social media, which have become very veritable assets and effective tools to market all range of products, services and brands.

Forty-one other recipients received awards in different categories.
