“As peaceful loving people of Apata Chiefdom, I am enjoining you to be tolerant and coexist peacefully with one another irrespective of tribe, religion and political affiliation.

“It’s a known fact that peace is a prerequisite for meaningful development or progress in any community or nation.

“Therefore, we should galvanize our efforts to attract the desired growth and development of this community, State and the nation as a whole, ” he said.

He thanked the Governor of the state, Alhaji Yahaya Bello for enabling Apata Chiefdom to enjoy so much infrastructural development, which he noted had never seen since the creation of Kogi.

According to him, ‘the infrastructure this government brought to our community including grading of the stool of Olu Apata, hospital, magistrate court, several blocks of classrooms and many more on the way.
