2023: APC clears 13 candidates to contest primaries

The All Progressives Congress APC says it has screened 13 out of 25 candidates that signified intention to participate in its primary election slated for June 6,preparatory to present one of them for the 2023 presidential election.

The Chairman of the screening committee, Chief John Odigie-Oyegun,made the revalation while submitting the committee”s report to the National Chairman of the party, Abdullahi Adamu at an ongoing meeting of the National Working Committee.

Therefore, the chances of 12 other candidates to contest the presidential election now hangs in the balance while the names of those screened were not disclosed as the time of this report.
