Breaking:PDP delegates convention: Tambuwal steps down,urges delegates to vote for Atiku

Few minutes to the commencement of voting in the ongoing National Delegates Convention in Abuja the Governor of Sokoto state, Alhaji Aminu Tambuwal,one of the presidential election, on Saturday evening,stepped down for Alhaji Atiku and urged delegates to vote for him(Atiku).

Our Correspondent reports that out of the total of 774 delegates for the exercise,676 delegates were accredited.

Mr Godwin Elumelu, the Minority leader,House of Representatives, moved motion for the commencement of voting while Mani Mashinko seconded the motion which received the generalconsent of voters and the exercise commenced at exactly 20.51 p.m.with voters using tumb printing.
