Breaking:Former Nigerian Head of Interim National Governnent dies at 85

Nigeria has lost its former Head of Interim National Governnent,Chief Ernest Adegunle Oladeinde Shonekan ,the Abese of Egbaland who died in Lagos on Tuesday at the age of 85,reliable sources in Lagos told our Correspondent.

The Reporters recalls that the Shonekan-led government ruled Nigeria between August 26 and November 17 1993 but was  overthrown in a coup led by late General Sani Abacha.

The online publication reports that the deceased was also a lawyer and statesman ,a product of University of London as well as Harvard Business School,among others.
