Late Justice Moses Bello.
Important dignitaries from various segments of the society, most especially those from kogi State have started trooping to the Abuja home of the pioneer President,Customary Court of Appeal (CCA), Justice Moses Bello,(68), who died some days, to condole the family over the death of the legal icon.
Our Correspondent in Abuja reports that among the prominent indigenes of the state sighted include, the Governor of the state, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, one time Governor of the state, Alhaji Ibrahim Idris,the Chief Judge of the state and Mr Justice John Olorunfemi, among others.
The Reporters recalls that Justice Bello died during an illness while a befitting programne for his burial is being planned by family, friends and associates.
The deceased, who hailed from Adavi Local Governnent Area of Kogi State, has been described as one individual that made great impact in the life of many people, especially those from his ebira extraction, in many respects.
Governor Bello, earlier in a statement signed his chief press secretary, Mohammed Onogwu, described the late Justice Bello as a good ambassador of the state and a man who served humanity in his lifetime, noting that his death remained a great loss to the Ebira land, Kogi State and Nigeria at large.
Bello said the deceased brought great and positive repute to the nation while in active service in the legal profession and headed the CCA for a historic 25 years.
Other important visitors include; the Minister of Women Affairs, Pauline Tallen, their Excellencies, another former EGovernors of Kogi State, Captain Idris Wada, members of the traditional institution and clerics.
