Military accord General Ahmed befitting burial

The military authorities, on Friday, accorded one of their Directors, the late Major-General Hassan Ahmed a befitting burial at Lungi Barack Cemetery in Abuja.

 

General Ahmed, the immediate past Provost Marshall of the Nigerian Army,was killed by suspected Kidnappers on Abaji axis of the Lokoja-Abuja high way on Thursday night while travelling from Okene in Kogi state to Abuja, FCT.

 

His sister, said to be with him during the journey, was abducted by the suspected Kidnappers while his driverw sustained injury from gun shots from the suspects but pretended to have died, survived the onslaught.
