President Donald Trump of United states, who contested the 2020 presidential election in the United States of America on the platform of Republican party, has kicked against the election of the Democratic challenger, Joe Biden with a promise to begin legal battle on Monday.

Foreign reports indicate that moments after networks, including CNN, called the presidential race for Joe Biden, President Trump said in a statement from his campaign that Biden was “rushing to falsely pose as the winner”, calling the race“far from over”.

Trump said: “Beginning Monday, our campaign will start prosecuting our case in court to ensure election laws are fully upheld and the rightful winner is seated.”

“I will not rest until the American People have the honest vote count they deserve and that Democracy demands.”

The final results of the poll shows Biden having 284 votes while Trump scored 214 votes.
