A story is told of a professor that was invited to give a lecture in a town across a big river.
Prof. to the boatman: “calculate the velocity in relation to the boat’s speed and tell me how much time is needed to take us across the river.”
Boatman: Oga, I don’t understand the big grammar you are speaking.”
Prof: “You mean you don’t understand physics! then, you no nothing!”
The boatman was quiet and they rowed on. When they got to the middle of the large river, the water became turbulent. The boat was about to capsize.
Boatman to the prof: “Oga prof. can you jump into the water and swim your way to the bank?”
Prof. No I can’t. I don’t know how to swim.”
Boatman: “You mean you don’t know swimicology! then ,you know nothing!”
We all have our areas of strengths and weaknesses. No one has it all. Do not be quick to write someone off because you know what the person doesn’t know. The beauty of knowledge, experience wealth and all other gains of life is in when they are shared.
