Spread the love

I’m always impressed by the response I’m getting from my post readers every day, the thumb up, the thank you, the appreciation, the prayers, etc. Really, I’m impressed and thank you all for your feedback.

We all live for three MOTIVE, we live for BODY, SOUL and MIND.* We cannot live fully for Body without Good Food, Cloth and Shelter. Likewise, we cannot live fully for Soul without love everyone around us.

And finally, we cannot live fully for MIND without Information. Our MIND is like Office or Home Gadgets which can’t serves their purpose without electricity therefore, our MIND needs information flying around us today to henceforth enable us live a balance and healthy life.

Today, I’m here with another exciting information on *how men can truly live and enjoy Prostate Hitch free life.* Most of us don’t want to just live long, we want to live long well. In other words, we not only want to add years to our life but we also want to add life to our years.

Now, follow me closely so you can discover the secrets behind living a Prostate Hitch free life. Today, I will be discussing two of such.

*1) Sitting a lot is the worst thing you can do:* It should come as no surprise that sitting around and not moving all day isn’t really good for your body, but many may not be aware of just how many health problems can be caused by such altitude. Our bodies aren’t really designed to sit all day long.

Research showed that sitting for long hours without taking a break can affect prostate negatively and also our overall health. So, it is advised to take 10 minutes break after an hour of sitting, very – very important.

*2) Being Social is Important:* One major benefit of relating with people around us is that, there is strength in numbers, especially in times of need. It’s a common saying, *united we stand, divided we fall.*

We are living in a world now where living in isolation cannot help us healthwise, Immune function is improved when we are around our loved ones especially friends & family, and putting ourselves in a Happy Mood, always help us ease our stress.

Therefore, people need people to be happy and healthy, an increased in contact with family and friends doesn’t just help us survive hard time (or health problems); the lack of it suffers us more in time of need.

Always Stay Enlightened,
Always Stay Healthy.
