Olomu of Omupo congratulates Olofa of Offa over 10 years on throne

Oba Yakubu Buari, the Olomu of Omupo and the people of Omupo kand in kwara state have congratulated the Olofa of Offa, Oba Mufutau Gbadamosi on his 10th year on the throne.

The Olomu made the congratulation in a letter by the National President, Omupo Descendant Union (ODI), Dr Monisoye Afolabi and signed by the Chairman, Publicity Committee, ODU, Rev.Felix Ajide in Ilorin on Wednesday.

“In celebrating the landmark anniversary with the people of Offa, we bear testimony that Offa has witnessed greater transformation as a significant economic hub in Kwara State.

“We believe that the development of Offa in the last years was largely due to the improved cooperation, collaboration and collective resolve of its citizens to advance the course of the city.

“It is also a testimony to the doggedness of the leadership of Offa Descendants Union,” the monarch said.

The Olomu and his subjects prayed God to grant the Olofa long life, good health and tranquility.

The monarch also prayed God to enable the Olofa continue to receive the support of the people of Offa, “for the good of the land.”
